I got the opportunity to drive an R35 on track once, along with a 991.1 GT3-RS and a gallardo Spyder.
I didn't expect this at all, but the GT-R ended up blowing the 911 out of the water in terms of acceleration and just pure fun behind the wheel - maybe I was just a bit over-conscious of how much the 911 was worth when I was driving it?
It was an absolute laugh and I remember it just taking my breath away once the turbochargers really picked up...
