Is this a harbinger for darker times to come? Or is it simply Yahoo's time finally? I think there is still value in Yahoo it's just expectations vs market reality to me are at odds. I don't know what I'll set my grandma's homepage to now.
This all seems too political to me. I suspect the blame on North Korea is really a fishing line to upset the real person's ego to hopefully get some sort of lead.
While I don't doubt North Korea's technical ability I sincerely doubt this is a real motive to attack Sony. Something screams ex-contractor to me and planting evidence to come from NK seems like a plausible avenue to avoid being caught.
As someone who is a designer I've always wanted an environment of collaboration to learn programming together with an expert. I've tried books and other things but bridging the gap from Hello World to doing something more complicated than just mad libs is difficult for me. I've signed up for an invite. I hope this happens :)
