Akira Miyawaki - proposed a methodology to grow forest faster and stronger. No maintenance required after 3years.

Great idea. I wish you nothing but success.

Few points: * If you're targeting Indians. You need to price competitively. You need to make it hard to resist. * Find a village/s in India where you can procure and pack. * Post some videos of how it's prepared (tasty.com style).

Minor website issues: * Fix coloring "Buy it now" barely visible - https://thebuttermilkco.com/collections/single/products/daal * When user selects single. Images should show singles not multiple packs. * confusing product categorization. click on "shop now" on the landing page. goes to https://thebuttermilkco.com/collections/all I could not find "Singles" mentioned the listing. * on the shop menu it displays "Suites, combos, bundles" confusing just keep it simple "combos" and "singles" allow user to mix and match using cart? based on there selection apply pricing changes and let them feel they won a lottery by choosing the right combination.

All the best.

Thank you so much for the feedback!

Please post a link to the modern style diapers...

Sure.

These are prefolds, with outers: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002LR8VC4

Prefolds are similar to the old flat nappies but they're thicker so you don't have to fold them so much. They work well but they're not as simple as the other options:

These are pocket: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SWIA5LQ

They have a pocket in them where the absorbent insert goes. Easier to use but usually not quite as absorbent as prefold.

Then there are other variations, e.g. Ones where the absorbent inner clips onto the outer ("snap-in"), or even simpler ones that are one outer and inner combined ("all-in-one").

Here you go: https://www.grovia.com/pages/diapers

Pricey new, we bought 30 of them used for $50 bucks on craigslist and soak/cleaned/sun dried them for a few cycles.

I loved the all-in-ones.

Just the first one that came up, I'm sure there are cheaper options.

The top result I got was a Walmart ad. The "Gerber It's a Snap All-in-One" is $9.98 for 3, so about $3.33 each.

I've seen them in physical stores as well.

I want to buy bunch of them and setup a grid in small farm. My challenges are * how do I connect to wifi router which is located in the farm house, because some will be very far from the router. * Also another challenge is how to charge the cameras?

Has anybody worked on above issues ?

We have p2p wifi between our barn and farm house. The barn is powered by solar.

I use engenius WAPs, a 100Ah battery, 2 100W solar panels, a $15 solar charge controller, various buck/boost converters for other power requirements. The system also powers an LTE repeater and LTE modem, to provide the farm with internet access.

Dropping wire is the absolute best way to go, however:

A properly thought-out wireless system is the second-best way.

This might consist of P2P links, multiple access points, etc. over the subject property.

That's not to say this is expensive, check out Ubiquiti and Ruckus products for examples of the kinds of radios you need to make this happen. All should fairly affordable in comparison to renting a trenching tool and dropping cable.

I'm planning on getting a few Xenon from Particle to do something similar.

Do you setup wifi hotspots in the forest for this devices to send data back? Solar chargers is it universal for any android phone? what happens if phone is unable charge and shuts down? are those solar chargers available for sale to use in other forest projects?

I'm considering to buy ergo depot Jarvis. Anybody using it?

@mdo Any plans of reviving Ratchet(http://goratchet.com) project?

@Bootstrap Team. Any plans of reviving Ratchet(http://goratchet.com) project?

Nope. It is competitor for Apple TV which is going to be the hub for Apple Homekit devices.

Where there is righteousness in the heart there is beauty in the character, when there is beauty in the character there is harmony in the home, when there is harmony in the home there is order in the nation, when there is order in the nation, there is peace in the world. - Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam

That is something we in the US should harken to. Especially: "when there is order in the nation, there is peace in the world." So much instability in the world is due to or exacerbated by imbalances involving the 1st world economies affecting the rest of the world. (Chief among these would be environmental problems, but they are not limited to only those.)

Also something to apply to one's personal life.
