Not necessarily. Lots of variable factors play into how often a person might need to shower. Temperature, humidity, how prone you are to sweating in general, diet, hormonal balance, skin microbiome. Some months during a dry winter where I'm not doing much, I won't need to shower more than once a week to look and smell decent. When I spent a July in Cambodia, it was multiple times per day. When I was a kid, I barely sweat and once went nearly a month before I or anyone else noticed. As an adult, that is no longer possible.
There's a guy who discovered a bacterial culture that works better than any deoderant, and for him eliminated the need to use soap on the hair or body. He still showers and uses soap on his hands, but reported that his hair and skin have been so happy and healthy that soap no longer made any sense. Dig into A2-Biome if you're curious.
I could see how it would be helpful for people who don't necessarily know they have sleep apnea. I also recently read about someone who quit smoking weed, and their sleep tracking changed dramatically while they detoxed. With my Garmin, that and the Stress tracker usually let me know 1-2 days ahead of time that I'm getting sick, before I even feel it. My sleep quality plummets, and my physiological stress is at like 80%+.
My family was on a trip in Alaska a month ago, and I intentionally did NOT grab my phone to take pics many times. For example, there were multiple times we were on a train, someone would yell "moose!!!", and by the time people grabbed their phones the moose was 500yards behind us. They didn't get the pic OR the memory. There were people muttering "damn, missed it AGAIN..."
Also, everyone in my family WAS taking pics and sending to a shared album, so I knew I would get 6 pics of the same thing from slightly different angles regardless. Slightly cheating, but whatever.
Basically, I have chosen to be very deliberate with what I take, and I find that I'm able to focus more on the immediate experience rather than worrying about framing and zooming, and what I DO take typically isn't garbage.
Science will generally get painted with a broad brush by the public. Epidemiologists politicize their field for a few years and consequently biology and medicine gets seen as political by the public.
It’s saving brown people and triggered a keyword or two in a DOGE search conducted by big-ballz or his coworkers, so decade-long research projects got defunded.
Not really confusing, at least they are in the open about it. "If you use this site without paying, we will sell your data, there is no opt-out." Waiting for the archive as well.
