EuroRust and CppCon are fantastic. If the budget is generous enough then I'd recommend mainstream ones like NDC, Devoxx, or Strange Loop.

Also, I've recently come across a newsletter that scans YouTube for newly uploaded conference talks and then sends them out in a weekly email. They maintain a list of conferences they're monitoring that is quite comprehensive. The newsletter is called Tech Talks Weekly and the conference list is here: https://techtalksweekly.substack.com/p/tech-conferences

Sadly, Strange Loop's 2023 edition was announced to be the last:

I've been following Strange Loop on YT for so many years. That's really bad. Any idea what happened?

There's a retro video that might shed some light: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suv76aL0NrA

Thanks!

I've followed the Strange Loop conference on yt for a long time, and your mention led me to search more about it. Just found out the 2023 edition was the last one. Sad to see such a nice gathering not having another edition.
