Hey there, live chat is still available on some of the pages. Could you let me know where you're missing it?

That said, we try to get most support requests via https://helpdesk.codeship.com (or the widget shown in app), since complex technical problems are usually not that easy to resolve using a live chat tool.

Ahoy @steinnes, @efficacy

We actually have plans to make the `jet` CLI open source at some point, but need to do some spring cleaning first.

In the meantime, we'd be happy to write some more documentation. What do you think is missing, which articles do you need the most?

I really liked the Github documentation (https://help.github.com/), as well as Swiftype (https://swiftype.com/documentation/) and BitBucket (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Bitbucket...)

Mostly because all provide a very clean design, especially on the content pages themselves.
