Enhanc3D Genomics | Bioinformatics Engineers | Full-Time | Cambridge UK | Remote / Hybrid possible
Enhanc3D Genomics is building a functional genomics platform based on measuring the 3D conformation of DNA, opening up novel avenues for therapeutic and diagnostic development.
We are looking for engineers to support and build our technology stack. If you can work across infrastructure & software development this will be a fun role supporting the genomics + informatics team doing cutting edge bioscience and developing out the software side of the platform.
Technologies in play: AWS,Julia,Python,R,Bash,Postgres, Javascript,Bioinformatics workflow systems (e.g.Nextflow,containers,etc)
Deep understanding of genomics/biology not required but interest in the area a plus.
