Side note: as someone who has been interested in programming for a while, but didn't end up in a software dev track in life, it's been pretty wild watching the ride you all have been going on lately. I used to be pretty bummed I didn't get to do that kind of work for a living, but lately I've been feeling more and more like I dodged a bullet.

Yes, based on my personal experience, it is much more harmful than helpful to the majority. Most seem to be determined to completely replace their need to think, as opposed to just supplementing or augmenting their thinking with AI.

Not to put words in their mouth, but my question would be: isn't that why movies are more expensive than an audio track? Not to mention that movies have "concerts" much more regularly and in many places at once where they make money, no? I don't really have an idea of the exact economics of it all, so these are genuine questions.
