For logistic regression scikit-learn seems to be the slowest, but also the most accurate (BTW: why is it so memory-consuming?). Is it possible to tweak parameters for various languages so to get a similar scores? (Or to show score, and time, ranges?) Even the number of iterations can play a huge factor.
