Jira is an Enterprise product which means it is designed to tick every feature checkbox any company could ever wish for. It integrates with whatever (Enterprise) ecosystem is around it. Tara sounds like "once you have outgrown Trello".

I think it’s kinda the opposite. It seems like Jira/Confluence doesn’t really do much on its own. Anything semi complex you need plugins.
