I have a modular synthesizer app for iOS [1]. Will this legislation force Apple to let me JIT? (That’s a key restriction that prevents competing browsers.) Would be great for performance.

It might force Apple to allow you to distribute a version of your app on a different store or sideloaded from a file, which doesn’t necessarily follow the restrictions on the official App Store. That’s how I understand it at least.
