After the battery warranty expires, an EV is a huge risk and will be practically worthless.
My 21 yo Mercedes diesel costs pennies to keep on the road and refueling is quick and easy. My 18 yo Honda is the same.
BTW, I gave up my BMW M5, M3 and TVRs due to the stress of parking them and the possibility of having them vandalised.
I can afford nice things, but I am not throwing money at an EV.
