I've been working on an agent to interact with genomics files (GFF) without coding. It uses the gffutils Python library and Biopython in the backend to ensure deterministic results for coordinate searches and gene lookups.

You can use any model through Ollama (local) or connect to major LLM providers (bring your own API key). It is currently in a PoC state, but fully functional. I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions!
