Even if I would not miss all the features I do not find these feature phone companies more trustworthy. Some are in bed with AdTech companies. Less features does not necessarily mean less tracking.

It’s a nightmare regardless. There’s no trustworthy hardware either, or at least very little. Maybe I’ll build a SIP client from an FPGA.
